JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA Mr.Jagnnath Singh, Advocate Mr.Manoj Kumar, APP ORAL ORDER 2 01-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from the date of resumption of physical filing and physical removal of defect. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2022, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on Section 302 IPC was also added. Ultimately, the petitioner has been finally selected in the examination and he has been directed to join on the post in between 01.08.2022 to

20.08.2022. Learned counsel further submits that he has been named in this case due to village politics. The charge sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner is in custody since
