The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 04/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of the D.P. Act. Since petitioners are the in-laws of the girl, the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45749 of 2021(3) dt.03-02-2022 present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Nautan P.S.
