JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 23-04-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the mother, second wife of the husband and husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the sister of the informant was killed after 12 years of marriage. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 10 of the petition that the charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the I.P.C. It is further submitted that accusation is not specific. Considering the fact that petitioner no. 3 Sanjay Sah is the husband of the victim, let the learned court below consider regular bail of petitioner no.3, if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12225 of 2013 (2) dt.23-04-2013 order in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2012 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Banka. With this observation, the application of petitioner no.3 is disposed off. Let the order be faxed to the learned court below at the cost of the parties. Let the petitioner nos. 1 and 2, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
