The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 414 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code for recovery of the Nokia mobile from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner is not at all associated with the offence. He is in jail since 25.7.2012. Except the present case he is involved in two more cases. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.
