The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 379, 494, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and ¾ of D.P. Act.

In compliance of order dated 26-11-2025, the petitioner with his learned counsel as well as learned counsel for the informant (opposite party No. 2) appeared in Chambers.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He has submitted further that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2,500/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34935 of 2025(6) dt.23-12-2025

On the other hand, the learned counsel for O.P. No. 2 has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2500/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

The petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 2500/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2 (the informant). The interim maintenance granted by this Court shall be subject to adjustment, if any other court grants maintenance to the opposite party no. 2. A.K.V.//- U T (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J)
