CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 2 03-10-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner, Sanoj Choudhary @ Dabloo, is in custody since 05.04.2013 in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No.121 of 2013 under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The only allegation is that from possession of the petitioner two cartridges and one knife have been recovered. In view of the above facts, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna City, District- Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No.121 of 2013.
