2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 120 litres of country made liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the period of custody, this application for Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34403 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise-II, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S.
