Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is a villager and neighbour and in that course persons including this petitioner have been alleged causing assault by different weapons specifically by sword by this petitioner without repetition and injury was found caused by hard and blunt substance. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order the above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar, in connection with Kadwa P.S. case no.111 of 2009 , subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
