Mr.Shashank Shekhar, appears on behalf of the petitioner. State is represented by Mr.Nirbhay Kumar Singh, Additional Public Prosecutor. According to the prosecution, the petitioner has removed the bag containing cash from the motorcycle and on chase he was apprehended by the witnesses. Having heard learned Counsel for the party and taking into consideration the nature of allegation and material available, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the court below itself after six months. Application stands dismissed with the observation aforesaid..
