learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant’s elder daughter Suman Devi was married with Ishwar Chaudhary. Later on Suman Devi was being subjected to torture by her-in-laws and additional demand of dowry was made. She was killed on account of her inability to bring the desired Rs. 50,000/- by way of additional dowry. Submission is that the deceased was Sevika of Aangan Bari and having earning of Rs. 5000/- per month so there was no question of demand of any dowry. The deceased was patient of Epilepsy. She fell down on account of attack of Epilepsy and died. It appears from the impugned order that the husband of the petitioner Udal Chaudhary has already been granted bail by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the - 2 - case, let the above named petitioner be released from custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
