learned counsel for the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in a complaint case under Sections- 3/4 of D.P. Act. For reasons noticed in paragraph-4 of the impugned order of rejection when the informant was present in court and for the reason the court below thought it proper to reject the prayer of anticipatory bail, this Court grants anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioners above named surrender before the court below within four weeks when they shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail upon furnishing the bail- bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 117/08, G.R. No.1004/08, subject to the conditions laid down under Section-438(2) Cr.P.C. Let a copy of this order be placed before the District & Sessions Judge, Madhubani.
