However the petitioner may approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction which is an appropriate forum, for seeking proper relief including injunction in the matter. If the petitioner approaches the Civil Court for appropriate relief, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law after hearing the parties to the dispute.
