learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 457 & 380 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown thieves regarding theft of she-buffalo. Submission is that in course of investigation the recovery was from the joint possession of Lallan Singh and the petitioner. Lallan Singh has already been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2008. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released from custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.
