In the occurrence the informant’s father Deonandan Paswan and two others namely Sohan Paswan and Sunil Paswan were shot dead by the extremists. The First Information Report was registered against unknown. Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The name of the petitioner has come at belated stage in course of investigation. The petitioner has been named along with other accused persons including Satyendra Yadav @ Raju, Vijay Shankar Prasad, Umesh Yadav and Munna Kumar, these persons have already been enlarged on bail by different orders of this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Shatrudhan Yadav @ Kuku is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 33/2008/11/2008 arising out of Jehanabad P.S.
