Judgment
of the first information report, it is clear that the basic dispute is with regard to land rights. It is alleged that on a plot of land, which was virtually custodia legis, petitioner and the informant’s side laying claims, there was a dispute which has led to the present case. The injuries are simple in nature. There is general and omnibus allegations. Informant is represented and heard. Be that as it may, if the petitioners abovenamed surrender before the Court below within 4 weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in Bheldi Police Station Case No 2 of 2009 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
