The petitioners can, therefore, also file their representation before the concerned committee. This writ application is, therefore, disposed of in terms of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in Ram Tapeshwar Sah (Supra). Let the petitioners file their representations before the committee concerned on all aspects including wages for the entire period for which they claim to have worked to be considered and disposed of expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said representation along with a copy of this order.
