Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for ransom. Victim has been recovered and she has supported the prosecution case in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Civil Procedure, stating therein that this petitioner and other accused persons kidnapped her and took her to Jaipur.
Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Civil Procedure, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. Navya/- U T (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J)
