The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.272 of 2017 registered for offences under Sections406, 409, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara Patna High Court CR.
