Parwez Ahmad ), by judgment dated 8.2.2008, shall cover the cases of the parties in the present batch of cases. The records of the present writ petitions indicate that similar submissions were made and, therefore, these writ petitions were directed to be heard along with the aforesaid 6 L.P.A.
