20.1.2006 but for want of prosecution it was dismissed on
17.7.2007. After restoration of the writ pettiion, the petitioner changed all the lawyers as would be apparent from order dated
30.11.2009.Again when the case was taken up, a new set of lawyers disclosed that the client has taken file and there is no instruction to pursue the case and on 5.5.2011 the case was again dismissed. Now this restoration petition is being filed by the third set of lawyers. I am not inclined to entertain this restoration application. It is accordingly dismissed. singh/- (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J)
