At this stage, Mr. Narayan, counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact the Sub. Judge has no jurisdiction to initiate a proceeding for grant of probate. However this question having not raised either before the Court below or even in this civil revision application cannot be gone into on the oral submission of the counsel for the petitioner.
