CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-09-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant’s minor daughter was enticed away by one Mithun Mahto. Petitioners are the brother’s wife and mother of Mithun Mahto. It is alleged against these petitioners that when the informant went to enquire about her daughter they abused and ousted from the house. The statement has been made in paragraph no. 8 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners Niraz Devi and Uma Devi be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33050 of 2012 (2) dt.10-09-2012 learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 18 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Begusarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. U.K./- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
