JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 3 24-07-2012 After having heard the matter for some time, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to avail an alternative remedy of appeal as provided under section 52 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000. Permission is accorded. It goes without saying that, if such an appeal is filed within 15 days from today, the learned lower appellate court, for the purpose of condonation of delay, shall take into consideration that the petitioner had filed the present revision application before this Court under bona fide legal advise and the matter remained pending here till date.
