JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER Mr.Sunil Kumar Yadav Mr.Anand Kishore Choudhary 2 08-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted by butt of pistol to the informant and petitioner no. 2 assaulted by iron rod on the head of father of informant. It is submitted that injuries sustained by the informant and his father are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22908 of 2022(2) dt.08-09-2022 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above- named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.
