The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 506 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, specific accusation of extending threat to the informant and his family members is against co-accused Golu Kumar. It is submitted that so far as the case of petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of extending threat to the informant and his family members. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case simply because he is friend of co-accused Golu Kumar. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21669 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above- named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S.
