JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 22-01-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner Jitendra Chandrabanshi to have caused injury with dagger on the neck of informant when Pankaj Sharma was assaulted with petitioner Dilip Chandrabanshi. The injury reports of both the injured suggest lacerated injuries caused by hard and blunt substance simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48096 of 2012 (2) dt.22-01-2013 below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 44 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. DKS/ (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)
