JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 14-12-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section XI(1-A)(D) of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act. 24 oxen were found being loaded mercilessly in a truck. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the truck owner when the truck has been released in his favour and the animals were carried at the behest of Jagarnath Manjhi. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42561 of 2012 (2) dt.14-12-2012 connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 89 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Amrendra/- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
