18-11-2013 This Appeal by the writ petitioner arises from the order dated 4th November 2011 made by the learned single Judge in CWJC No. 17213 of 2011. The appellant approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution against the notice dated 8th September 2011 issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Munger in respect of encroachment on part of the plot no. 1333, Khesra No. 111. The 2 Patna High Court LPA No.1835 of 2011 (4) dt.18-11-2013 learned single Judge has disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the appellant to make representation afresh and to the respondent to decide the representation. The respondent Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sadar, Munger has filed counter affidavit to state that on 25th September 2011 the order was made in the encroachment case and the encroachment has been removed on 27th September 2011.
