CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 19-12-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149,323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusations against the petitioner and others are of making assault, resorted to firing and taking away Nokia Mobiles, Video Camera, cash of Rs. 20,000/- and projector. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in fact no injury was caused to the informant nor any injury was caused due to assault nor due to firing and due to petty dispute, accusation has been levelled. It is orally submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43387 of 2012 (2) dt.19-12-2012 petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Saharsa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. U.K./- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
