The appellants are the persons who are appointed in Class-IV service in the Government offices under the District Magistrate, Kishanganj. The Appeals are allowed. Impugned judgment and order dated 9th August 2011 passed in CWJC No. 912 of 2007 is 11 Patna High Court LPA No.1388 of 2011 (7) dt.26-08-2013 11 / 11 set aside on the ground that the said judgment has been passed ex- parte against the appellants.
