Case No.399 of 2007 dated 31.10.2007 registered under sections 304B read with 34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are named in the FIR. The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present writ petition. It is dismissed, accordingly.
