Judgment
Operative part
Mr.Ajit Kumar Singh, appears on behalf of the petitioner. The Union of India is represented by Mr.Prashant Kashyap, Central Government Counsel. Petitioner earlier came to this Court for grant of bail and by order dated 29.4.2008 passed in Cr.Misc. No.5283 of 2008, I had rejected his prayer. Without approaching the court below, petitioner has chosen to file this application before this Court again. On this ground alone, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner. Petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail before the court below itself. Application stands dismissed with the observation aforesaid. (Chandramauli Kr.Prasad, J.) Narendra/
