JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER Mr.Anant Kumar Bhaskar Mr.A.G 2 30-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. As per prosecution case, 4.400 liters country made liquor has been recovered from the cowshed of one Indrajeet Shah. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17550 of 2022(2) dt.30-09-2022 conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge IV cum Special Excise Court No. II, Gopalganj in Vishambharpur P.S.
