This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.12.2014 passed by learned Special Judge, Vigilance II, Patna in Special Case No. 14/2001 by which cognizance for the offences punishable under Section 109/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 13(2) read with 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 as well as under Section 39/44 of the Indian Electricity Act in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 16/2001 has been taken against the petitioner and other. After having gone through the records of the case, the present application for quashing the order dated 12.12.2014 passed by learned Special Judge, Vigilance II, Patna in Special Case No. 14/2001 is dismissed with an observation that the Patna High Court CR.
