This Court is not required to go into the various facets why cases could not be heard and concluded before any of the earlier Benches but taking into consideration the time frame so fixed as well as the unfairness on the part of the petitioners to pursue the contempt matter instead of pursuing the main writ applications, which are required to be decided first, this Court fixes 25th February, 2013 as the date for listing all such matters under the heading for Admission-I and final disposal. Adequate time and notice is given to one and all with a clear understanding that no adjournment would be granted to any of the counsels who are not willing to assist the Court on that date. List accordingly. So far as the contempt aspect is concerned, that is for the Bench concerned to decide. However, keeping in mind Patna High Court CWJC No.10032 of 2009 (19) dt.12.02.2013 that now a date has been fixed in the matter, it will be desirable to await the final adjudication. All the counsels, whose cases are not listed relating to any order but arising out of the same cause of action, are free to handover the mention slip to the Bench Clerk by 14th February, 2013 to ensure that all cases come up on the board for being taken up together.
