Heard learned counsel for the parties. The grievance of consumers to B.D.O. about non-distribution of commodities is not corroborated even by aggrieved persons nor any irregularity found to justify refusal of anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender within one month from the date of communication of this order, the above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Tandwa P. S. Case No. 60/09, G.R.No. 1956/09, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. AI ( Mandhata Singh, J.)
