Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 307, 387,12(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and there is no direct evidence against him whereas it appears that even the mother of the said petitioner has stated that the petitioner is involved in several cases and that her another son Ashok Kumar has been falsely implicated in this case. Her son Sonu is a man of criminal antecedent and has a criminal character. All these facts can only be examined while granting regular bail. The anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
