JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 20-03-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 379, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner took cigarette on credit and when the money was demanded the assault was made and jewellery worth Rs.2,000/- and mobile were snatched. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is owner of truck and hence, the accusation is unbelievable. A statement has been made in para 11 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7321 of 2013 (2) dt.20-03-2013 named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 72 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. DKS/ (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)
