JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 27-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341,323,324,406,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found simple injuries. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11298 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No. 706/2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. shashi/- U T (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J)
