Her grievance is required to be redressed before the Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1986 read with the relevant notification by which Kendriya Vidyalaya institution have been Patna High Court CWJC No.6411 of 2021(5) dt.13-04-2022 brought under the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal read with L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India and Others reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261 decision of the Apex Court.
