Case no.108 of 2008 dated 24.09.2008 whereas the instant case bears Barahat P.S. Case no. 133 of 2008 of the same date. Learned counsel for the petitioner avers that the petitioner has no got no criminal antecedent but in spite of that he is in custody since September, 2008. Considering the facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, namely, Shankar Ghosh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui in Barahat P.S. - 2 - Case no. 133 of 2008. shahid (S.N.Hussain, J)
