Judgment
Heard Mr. Sanjeev Ranjan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code against 35-40 unknown criminals. 35–40 unknown criminals variously armed snatched the revolver of Bodyguard of A.D.J. Rs. 1500/- cash and other articles of that official and his family inmates worth Rs. 3500/- have been looted and also looted other vehicles. Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report, has not been put on Test Identification Parade and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Other co- accused persons Ranjeet Singh (Cr. Misc. No.- 8051 of 2007) and Girija Singh (Cr. Misc. No.- 28318 of 2008)have been granted 2 bail by this Court. Considering circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S.
