house frequently. According to learned counsel, she is not willing to accompany the husband to Assam and for undue pressure this case is lodged. Thus Prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Having regard circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, the above named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of - 2 - Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in Complaint Case No. 1772c of 2008, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Mandhata Singh,J.)
