9.8.2010 Both petitioner(husband) and complainant(wife) are present in Court. According to them, they have resolved their differences and are now leading a happy conjugal life. In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M (East), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case no.1869 of 2008 ,subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
