Learned counsel submitted that petitioner is in custody since
12.3.08 and has no criminal antecedent. He submitted that informant became member of the company after knowing the rules and regulations. He submitted that petitioner is not at all responsible for any misdeed which has been committed with the informant. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati PS case no.71/08.
