ORAL ORDER 2 25-05-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under sections 30(a) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The police got an information that the petitioner is indulged in selling illicit liquor. Approximately 10 liters of liquor was recovered from the shop of the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 09.11.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6255 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 the petitioner was implicated by the police for some ill-motives. Considering the period of detention, let the petitioner above named be released on bail only after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Sheohar in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case no. 175 of 2021. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. s.hassan/- U T (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J)
