02.07.2013 in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.143 of 2013 under Sections 452, 341, 323, 385, 387, 379, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner always invited the criminals with a view to threaten the informant because there is enmity between them regarding land dispute. On the date of occurrence, the criminals entered the house of the informant and demanded Rs.2 lacs and thereafter they took away cash Rs.5,000.00 and damaged the articles worth Rs.10,000.00. In view of the above facts, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
