JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 2 02-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of commission of the murder of the deceased by co-accused persons who are in-laws of the deceased. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4973 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 the petitioners are separate from the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Md. Saddam and the main responsibility is fixed upon the husband of the deceased who is not before this Court. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Pallavi Anand, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria/concerned Court in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021/G.R. No.2572 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Brajesh Kumar/- U T (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J)
