2. This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of (Muzaffarpur) Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioners seek quashing of F.I.R. by considering Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5206 of 2022(3) dt.28-02-2024 all the materials on affidavit in his defence, which is not permissible in law. Moreover, in this case, police has already submitted final form.
