CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 28-03-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of transfer of 50 shares of P.N.B. of informant from Stock Holding Corporation to Reliance Money. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on complaint of the informant, account petitioner was seized subsequently on verification by the office of the Reliance Money the petitioner was allowed to operate his account. Considering the nature of accusation arising out of contractual relationship between the parties and Reliance Money concerned, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9551 of 2012 (2) dt.28-03-2012 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2011 (corresponding to G.R. No. 51 of 2011) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. U.K./- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
